Introduction

ABREF started production of Cordierite Kiln Furniture in January 1993 as a Venture Capital Company in association with Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI). Presently it is the leading manufacturer of cordierite producing more than 900 tons per year. The product is well accepted by the Sanitaryware, Tableware and Tile industries in the country. ABREF has now extended its foray into International markets in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Turkey, Nigeria etc., ABREF specializes in catering to the intricate requirements of our customers. The entire team at ABREF is customer focussed and always endeavours to do our best. Training and continuous improvement programmes are regularly conducted to keep abreast of latest developments in the industry. In July 2003 we have been accredited with ISO 9001 by RWTUV.

ABREF team Mr. N.G.Manoharan, Managing Director. He is a chemical engineer from Anna University, Chennai. He has more than 30 years experience in the field of super refractories and has pioneered this product. Mr.T.N.Jothiraj,a mechanical engineer and the co-promoter of ABREF. Mr.K.Swamiraj, a mechanical engineer, Mr.A.N.S.Raman,an engineer and businessman.
